Return conditions

Terms of return and exchange

You can exchange and return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Exchange and return of goods is carried out if the specified goods have not been used, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging have been preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of purchase.

Return and exchange procedure

You can independently bring the goods to our store at the address: Rivne, 420, from 10:00 to 17:00.

In Ukraine, exchange is possible using the services of the carrier company "Nova Poshta" according to the company's tariffs.

Outside Ukraine, exchange is carried out using state or private carriers at the client's expense.

You can exchange or return goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
