Delivery

Orders are shipped on the day of the order, which was placed before 3:00 PM, provided that the selected goods are in stock. Exceptions are weekends and holidays.

Delivery time from 1 to 3 business days (depending on the remoteness of the delivery destination).

The order storage period at the branch is 5 business days, after which the goods are automatically returned to the sender's warehouse. If you do not have time to pick up the order during this time, please let us know and we will continue storage!

Payment

You can pay for the order on the website.

It is also possible to pay for the order upon receipt at Nova Poshta, i.e. by cash on delivery. Cash on delivery (post-payment) is payment for the goods at the time of their receipt at the post office.

Important!

Money transfer through Nova Poshta is a paid service, therefore, when ordering goods by cash on delivery, you must pay a commission of 2% of the order amount (or the cost of the goods) + 20 UAH.

When receiving goods by cash on delivery, you must pay the cost of the goods, the percentage for the cash on delivery (2% + 20 UAH) + the cost of delivery.
